Welcome to Nfunayo, a cloud-based lending management platform provided by TechTower Innovations Africa Co. Ltd.. By accessing or using Nfunayo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unauthorised information.

2. Use of Nfunayo

Nfunayo helps businesses manage borrowers, loans, repayments, guarantors, and related records.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the information entered into Nfunayo is accurate.
• Obtaining the necessary permission to collect and store borrower or guarantor information.
• Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keeping your account and login details secure.
• Maintaining your own business, lending, and customer records.

Nfunayo is a management tool and does not provide legal, financial, lending, or debt-collection advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Nfunayo may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are displayed on the Nfunayo website or inside the application.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. We reserve the right to change our pricing or plans, with reasonable notice where required.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nfunayo for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities.
• Enter or manage information without the necessary authority.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the security or operation of Nfunayo.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the business and customer information you enter into Nfunayo.

You grant us permission to securely store and process that information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of borrower, guarantor, and other personal information complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Nfunayo, including its software, design, branding, content, features, and code, belongs to TechTower Innovations Africa Co. Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of Nfunayo without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Nfunayo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTower Innovations Africa Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of Nfunayo, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business records.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nfunayo if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that may harm the platform, our business, or other users.

You may stop using Nfunayo at any time. After termination, access to your account and data may be restricted or deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of Nfunayo after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
